If fighting discrimination is newsworthy, it is also a problem area for our professions in terms of recruitment, whether for our Temping, Recruitment, Home Services, Training or Event Organisation activities.
In 2006, the ONET Group confirme dits desire to promote cultural, ethnic and social diveristy within our organisation by signing the "In-company Diversity Charter".
Since then, AXXIS RESSOURCES has implemented various measures in order to confirm this commitment and has involved its staff members via training sessions as well as through the availability of a good practice guide in each agency.
This guide for each staff member of AXXIS Ressources brings attention to the law, and particularly the L.122-45 clause of the Labour Law on non-discrimination and the 225-2 clause of Criminal Law punishing acts of discrimination with up to three years of prison and a fine of up to 45,000 euros.
It is the duty of every member of staff to be aware of this as soon as they join our companies.
